Shipping policy

Presently, due to the worldwide pandemic, International shipping is only available to New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.

Processing Times:

Orders placed before 10:00 am AWST will be dispatched the same day Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within one day of the item being shipped.

We use Australia Post for all domestic orders

For international orders we use various courier companies, country/regent dependent.

AUSTRALIA

Free Shipping: $0 (3-7 business days) when you spend $100 AUD or more

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (3-7 business days) when you spend $0 – $99.99 AUD

REST OF WORLD (New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan)

Standard Shipping: $10 – $30 AUD per Kilogram in 500 grams increment, country dependent (10-14 business days or more depending on location). 

International Delivery times: 2 -3 weeks delivery times to the countries we presently ship to (countries are listed above). However, delays may be expected due to the pandemic situation affecting the world.

We ship all orders from Perth, Western Australia.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. SAVI ORGANICS is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, SAVI ORGANICS will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with SAVI ORGANICS via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped.
